 Sherry was the first realtor I ever hired; I was looking at buying a house and was very uncertain regarding what to expect. Our first meeting together was at a condominium, which in the end Sherry recommended I didn't purchase . . as it was her opinion that the owners finances might be in question. That lost her a nice payday. Such honesty impressed me. I then told her exactly what it was I was looking for, and Sherry placed me on multiple lists of potential targets sent regularly through email. Eventually I located a nice house, and she walked me through the entire process like the house cost a million dollars. In my opinion, she made a rather tedious and laborious process of red tape seem much, much easier. Anyone will be fortunate to secure her services.
